Market Clerk

About the Role
We're looking for a Market Clerk to work in our market through the fall harvest season. This is a hands-on role: you'll run the register, help customers, stock and rotate product, and keep the market looking sharp during our busiest months.
Responsibilities Include
- Operate the cash register independently, including cash and card
- Count and reconcile the till at open and close of shift
- Greet and assist customers; answer questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Stock, face, and rotate produce and other goods throughout the day
- Set up and break down displays, signage, and outdoor areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market and customer-facing areas
- Pack and sort apples for the bakery and the store

Baker

About the Role
We're looking for a Baker to work in our bakery through the fall harvest season. This is a hands-on role: you'll prep and bake goods fresh throughout the day, keep the case stocked, and help maintain the quality and presentation our customers expect during our busiest months.
Responsibilities Include
- Prepare and bake pies, crisps, and other goods according to established recipes
- Stock, label, and rotate baked goods in the display case throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking equipment and prep areas
- Track ingredient inventory and flag low stock to your supervisor
- Follow food safety practices, including allergen labeling and safe food handling

Weekend Student Staff
